Just wear a sleeveless polo top over it and you have a complete golf or tennis outfit.

The sleeve is long enough to tuck into your golf gloves. The vest/body provides protection for your upper chest.
The sleeve vest is a raglan sleeve style so that even if you are wearing a sleeveless top your shoulders and arms are protected from the sun.
